Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. Any items remaining at the sale location after 2 days will be considered abandoned. If you fail to pick up your won items within the scheduled timeframe, you will incur a storage fee of $20.00 per day per invoice. In order to pick up your won items, you will need to schedule an appointment on your invoice page. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Exact change is required on cash payments. You will need to pay with exact cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. Payment onsite is NOT accepted at this location. No late fees will be removed from an invoice once they are added. If invoice payment arrangements are not made by this time, you authorize your card on file to be charged for the total amount of your invoice plus a $25.00 late fee.
